Ingredients
Preparation method:
Place all the ingredients in a bowl mixing them well. Put then, all the ingredients, including the olives in a vacuum utensil, like the one that we use for marmalades and place it at a shady and cool place, letting the olives marinate for 3 hours.
Tips: according to our culinary preferences we could replace the orange with mandarin of different varieties such as: Satsuma, clementine, tangerine or tangor. Replace if you like the lemon with lime as well.
