Chicken fillet in ginger broth, decorated with star shaped anise

- 4 pieces of chicken breast

2 tea spoons of sliced sweet anise

4 green onions

- 2 pieces of star shaped anise

- 2 ½ spoons of soya

- 1 lit chicken broth

- Sea salt

- Pepper





1. Add in a big pan the chicken broth along with the star shaped anise, the soya, the ginger and the green onions chopped.

2. After 5 minutes of cooking, add the 4 chicken breasts with some salt, pepper and keep cocking them from 10 up to 15        additional minutes maximum.

3. Cut the chicken breasts into big pieces, adding in the porringer some of the broth and some ginger in slices.
