The Th!nkGreen selected sardines are caught in the North Aegean Seanear the area of Mount Athos and their processing takes place while they are ​​fresh.

 

The sardine of this region is known for its excellent taste, due to the percentage of salt in the water and the rich depths of this crystal water sea, where the fish lives. Sardines are high in omega-3 fatty acids, which reduce bad cholesterol in the blood. Therefore is considered to be one of the healthiest fish.
