-How secure is your site?
 
We are verified by GeoTrust, our address is in 40 Agiou Konstantinou, 151 24 Maroussi, Athens – Greece and we are certified by the Greek State under the number 282457 in compliance with the European conditions for e-shops.
 
-Is everything you sell organic?
 
Not all of our products are organic but the majority of our assortment is. We have also selected the best producers whose products have been awarded in international food fairs. All organic products are notified by the word “Organic” in their description.
 
-Is everything you sell from Greek suppliers?
 
Yes, everything comes from Greek suppliers. The organic products come from suppliers that are certified by independent organizations.
 
-Why Greek organic?
 
In trofos.com we believe that the Greek nature can offer a variety of products that are unique e.g. olive oil, so we tried to combine the traditional and well known Greek products with their even healthier version which is organic products, for those seeking a healthier lifestyle, like us, that consider healthy leaving as a priority in their lives.
 
-In which countries do you deliver?

2. Countries with additional requirements in delivery:
 
CANADA --> Alcohol consignments must travel under airfreight to the province of destination as it is not allowed with normal TNT network. For these shipments, please contact TROFOS Helpdesk.
 
USA --> FDA usually allows 2 bottles of alcohol as maximum quantity, if sent as a personal shipment. If personal shipments are being shipped regularly to individuals, a permanent permit may be required. Please also note that retail shipments up to 200 USD are allowed if the receiver is the person that made the order and 100 USD if the receiver is a third party (e.g. if send to somebody as a gift).
 
AUSTRALIA --> Quarantine permit required by importer. (only for foodstuff and olive oil). Alcohol is not restricted. Duties and taxes are mandatory charged on all shipments (approx. 40% of the value + freight cost).
 
JAPAN --> For wine shipments : If shipment's weight is less than 10kgr sender must include certificate of origin issued by the concerned authority, stating ingredients, manufacturing process, details of wine producer etc.
Exceptions:
Honey: Must travel as airfreight to the province of destination as it is not allowed with normal TNT network. For these shipments, please contact TROFOS Helpdesk. Olives: Must travel as airfreight to the province of destination as it is not allowed with normal TNT network. For these shipments, please contact TROFOS Helpdesk.
 
UNITED KINGDOM --> In general there are no restrictions but sometimes it is advised to be avoided too much quantity ordered for one product e.g. three bottles of olive oil in one order.
 
SWEDEN --> In general there are no restrictions but sometimes it is advised to be avoided too much quantity ordered for one product e.g. three bottles of olive oil in one order.
 
-When do you deliver?
 
Your order will be delivered the soonest possible. In addition, you have the options of delivery with normal mail or the express services offered by UPS. In any case delivery is from 4 up to 14 days.
 
-Do you have the option of delivery in other address than home?
 
Yes you can order delivery at home or at any other address e.g. work address.
 
-What if my order is late?
 
Then you will be notified by e-mail or you can also call our office on +30 210 2311 383
 
-Will be I notified if I am out when you deliver?
 
A note will be left and you can have your delivery until the next day without of charge. If you are out again then a minimum charge might be applied.
 
-Can I cancel my order?
 
You may cancel your order within 24 hours by sending an e-mail to: sales@trofos.com.
 
-What if I receive damaged or broken goods?
 
You have the option of refund or replacement at no charge including transportation cost by sending an e-mail in sales@trofos.com or calling +30 210 2311 383.
 
-What is the shipping cost of my order?
 
We have tried our best to keep the shipping costs at a very competitive level. Furthermore, we offer you online the option of choosing among different ways of shipping, in order to find the best way that suits you.
 
-Can I replace something after I receive the order?
 
It is possible to return a product that has not been opened with a copy of the invoice after you have contacted us in our e-mail address or by phoning +30 210 2311 383. Then send it to our address 40 Agiou Konstantinou, 151 24 Maroussi, Athens – Greece. In that case you will have to deal with the transportation cost.
