Domain Evharis Red Dry Wine 750ml

Technical characteristics :

 

The grapes are handpicked and brought to the winery in small plastic crates. They are then carefully sorted, gentle pressure is applied to remove the grape juice, leaving the skin behind, and the fermentation tanks are filled. Alcohol fermentation and infusion take place at 28οC max for approximately 15 days. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for around 12 months and bottled on site at Domain Evharis.

Annual production : 26.500 bottles

Best before : Ideal after being aged 4 years in the bottle, for special events and with friends. Possibility eve in the barrel up to 6-7 years

Meet the producer

By combining their names, Eva Boehme and Haris Antoniou, came up with the name EVHARIS, a name they have also passed on to their renowned wines.

Two leading figures from the business world, Eva and Haris, relying on the traditional values of Greece’s wine-making culture, turned their life-long dream into reality by creating a heavenly vineyard on the slopes of theGerania Mountains just a few kilometers from Athens.
